Me temo que no es posible, hay muchas razones, pero no es necesario listarlas aquí.
Sin embargo puedes hacer un envío internacional con un SWIFT, pregúntale a la entidad educativa si es posible realizarlo y a tu entidad bancaria cómo hacerlo.
