Ni idea, no me suena haberlo escuchado antes.
Y para laburar podés obtener la Residencia Temporaria que te permite trabajar, estudiar y vivir en Argentina por 2 años (tras lo cual renuevas o pasas a Permanente)
Una vez con eso tramitás el CUIL y todo listo:
