    Estaba consultando los requisitos para solicitar la residencia en y uno de los requisitos pide: “CERTIFICADO DE DOMICILIO O UNA FACTURA DE ALGÚN SERVICIO PÚBLICO A SU NOMBRE (ABL, luz, agua o gas)”
    ¿Es necesario ese certificado?

    Sí, es necesario, te recomiendo leer: Residencia Temporaria así entenderás bien todos los trámites.
